Student apartments

The student apartments are located in Tjärna Ängar and are in two different types of living, shared apartments and room in corridor. All apartments have an Internet connection. The cost is a connection fee of about SEK 500 and a monthly fee of about SEK 250.

In Tjärna Ängar you live well with closeness to everything, walking distance to the univeristy, student-union building, Sport centre and shopping centre. In the neighbourhood there is a good sorted variety of shops, kiosk, pizzeria and it is approx 2 km to downtown.

All the apartments are basic furnished for sleep and study. The students must bring their own quilt, pillows, sheets and kitchen utensils.

 

During your study period you can change room/apartment after one year.

You are not allowed to share or sublet the room with/to someone else. If you do, you can loose your contract.

 

Room in corridor Locus

In the student house Locus there are 126 student rooms in varying size and standard. One-room flats with shower and WC (rent per month about SEK 2900) of which some are equipped with sleep-loft (rent SEK 3746). Some flats are a doublet for 2 students, where each has their own room, with common lounge, shower and WC (rent about SEK 2000).
There are 2 common kitchens and a laundry room for every 12 flats in each floor. 

Shared apartments

Shared apartments with 2-3 bedrooms. Each person has an own room and share livingroom, kitchen and bathroom with one or two other students. The apartments are about 70-77 sq meters. The rent for a room in an apartment with two students is about SEK 2600-3000 per month.
