It´s your responsibility to clean your room/apartment. When the room/apartment is cancelled we have to inspect it and find out if its in good order. The room/apartment must be returned in the same condition as it was when occupied. Otherwise you may pay for cleaning, repair and demages.
If your room is not cleaned properly, the amount of your returned deposit will be reduced.
It´s important that 14 days before your moving day, you personally have to call for an inspection, please take contact with your local housing manager.
The inspection has to take place on the day of your departure.
When you have cleaned up your room/apartment and paid the whole rent, you will get an approval of the cleaning to be verified by an Inspection Report from Tunabyggen.
If you don´t have the Inspection Report you can´t get your deposit returned.
